Position: Bartender/Server
About: Prism Hospitality, LP is seeking a Bartender/Server responsible for the complete setup of the bar area, drink preparation, beverage service, and maintaining bar cleanliness to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction in Miami.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years of experience; meet minimum state requirement for serving alcohol; possess alcohol awareness certification and food service permit as required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently; stand for entire shift; clear communication skills; ability to work well in stressful situations and handle guest complaints effectively; maintain composure and objectivity under pressure; effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; strong listening and financial skills
