Position: Bartender/Server
About: The Claiborne at Baton Rouge is looking for a part-time Bartender Server to enhance their dining services. The primary function of this role is to take drink orders, prepare mixed drinks, take food orders, and deliver great customer service to residents and patrons, ensuring gracious hospitality and prompt service as per company standards. The Bartender Server will report directly to the Dining Services Director and work in a non-exempt, hourly position.
Requirements: High school diploma and/or GED; Bartenders Certification and SERV Safe Certification preferred; ability to interact effectively with residents and community personnel; working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard drink recipes; meet all specific state and federal regulations for assuming the position of a food and beverage server at an assisted living facility; all licensures required for the position
