Position: Bartender/Server
About: This position works closely with the F & B Manager and the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the food and beverage department. This position will assist management and all dining room positions in providing the best possible service to guests. The individual will interact with staff and guests in a calm and courteous manner.
Requirements: One or more years of dining room service preferred; may need to meet age limits for serving alcoholic beverages; ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including staying on feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavyweights; high school graduate preferred; must possess the ability to prioritize work; flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work all shifts as required; adherence to the Comfort Inn Conference Center Pittsburgh East Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.
