Position: Bartender- Righteous Room
About: Located across from the Aronoff Center for the Arts, Righteous Room is a bar and lounge with an intimate, warm setting featuring artwork from local artists. The main bar area plays a fusion of rock music, while the back open-air lounge hosts resident and guest DJs. Known for an extensive drink menu with craft beer, upscale wine, and creative cocktails, we are dedicated to creating enjoyable guest experiences and vibrant environments for people to gather, eat, and drink.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred; craft cocktail experience; knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware; great communication skills; good teamwork abilities; personal accountability and reliability; proficiency with POS systems; alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required; ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays
