Position: Bartender- Righteous Room
About: The Righteous Room, located across from the Aronoff Center for the Arts, is a bar and lounge known for its intimate and warm setting adorned with local artists’ artwork. The main bar area offers a mix of rock music, both current and classics, while the open-air lounge showcases resident and guest DJs. The extensive drink menu features craft beer on tap, an upscale wine list, and creative cocktails.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred; two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred; craft cocktail experience; knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware; great communication skills; be a good teammate; responsible, personally accountable, and reliable; maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state; ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with POS systems; keep a clean workspace
