Position: Bartender- Righteous Room
About: The Righteous Room, located across from the Aronoff Center for the Arts in Cincinnati, is a bar and lounge known for its intimate, warm setting brought to life with local artists’ artwork. The main bar area plays a mix of rock music while the open-air lounge hosts resident and guest DJs. They offer craft beer, upscale wine, and creative cocktails.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred; two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred; craft cocktail experience; knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware; great communication skills; ability to work variable hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with POS systems; maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required; clean workspace maintenance; reliable and accountable; teamwork abilities
