Requirements: Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification; Ability to read, write, and speak the English language; Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; High level of professionalism and ability to handle challenging customer situations; Knowledge of safety and security procedures; Ability to work flexible hours and schedules based on business needs
