Position: Bartender-Restaurant 1
About: The Bartender position at our establishment involves preparing food and drink orders, serving beverages and meals to patrons, and coordinating lounge/bar activities in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements: Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Ability to read, write, and speak the English language; Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, develop alternative solutions, and use reason even when dealing with emotional topics; Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism; Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures; Ability to meet work schedule demands, be punctual, and occasionally work outside of regular hours.
