Position: Bartender – Raleigh Room, The Historic Cavalier Hotel
About: Provide friendly, efficient service to bar guests. Depth of beverage knowledge including alcohol, mixology, recipes. Able to recommend drinks, pairings and respond to guest preferences. Responsible for bar set-up, mixing and serving drinks as well as clean up of the bar area. Comply with all state, city liquor laws and company alcohol policies.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; at least three years experience working as a bartender in a high volume/fast-paced environment; must be able to make drinks per standard recipe; must have a high level of wine knowledge
