Position: Bartender – PT
About: The Sonesta hotel is seeking a skilled Bartender to join their team and contribute to the success of their social venues. The Bartender will be responsible for setting up, servicing, and breaking down the bar area to ensure a high level of quality and service.
Requirements: Experience as a Bartender required, preferably in a high-volume bar; Experience with computerized cash registers preferred; High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Able to work quickly without compromising quality; Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance; Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees; Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift; Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; Food handlers and TIPS certificates required; Previous front facing guest service experience required; Must read, write and speak the English language fluently; Ensure overall guest satisfaction
