Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations; ability to greet guests courteously and take orders accurately; proficiency in mixing drinks using standard recipes and practicing portion control; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized work area
