Position: Bartender – Portland Harbor Hotel
About: Portland Harbor Hotel, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking an experienced and friendly Bartender to join our team. You will be the face of our restaurant, providing memorable experiences for our guests. In this role you will need to be quick on your feet, have a positive upbeat attitude, and enjoy talking to people. If this sounds like you, we would like to meet you. Requirements: One year of bartending experience; T.I.P.S. certification or State specific equivalent (within 30 days if certification is expired); Ability to operate point-of-sale system; Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and/or service; Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult guests; Ability to work quickly and efficiently; Excellent interpersonal skills and service focus; Ability to maintain personal hygiene; Must meet the legal age requirement of the jurisdiction; Ability to work 7-day rotational schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
