Position: Bartender – Pool
About: It is the primary responsibility of the Pool Bartender at Island View Casino Resort to provide exceptional service to guests in the pool area and to prepare drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to deliver great service and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests. The Bartender is required to have the skills to prepare and create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer’s needs and expectations, follow precise instructions for house drink recipes, possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and teamwork are essential for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer care; three years experience in bartending in an upscale high volume environment preferred; valid Driver License and 21 years of age or older
