Position: Bartender Polo Lounge – The Windsor Court
About: The Windsor Court is seeking a skilled bartender to join the team at the Polo Lounge. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of drinks, setting up the bar area to specifications, and maintaining a stocked bar. Duties also include picking up necessary bar supplies such as liquor and juices.
Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender; Knowledge of state and federal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, must complete LA Responsible Alcohol Service Training; Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks; Ability to keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and customer service skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
