Position: Bartender | Part-Time | The Dome – Virginia Beach
About: The Dome, a premier 5,000-capacity indoor-outdoor music hall in Virginia Beach’s Atlantic Park, is seeking energetic and experienced Bartenders to provide top-tier service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or event venue preferred; Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits; Exceptional multitasking, communication, and customer service skills; Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience; Must meet state and local alcohol service requirements (e.g., TIPS or similar responsible beverage service certification); Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
