Position: Bartender | Part-Time | Jacob’s Pavilion
About: Oak View Group is looking for a Bartender to be responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an hourly wage of $5.25 plus tips and provides part-time employees with 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; six months or more experience bartending; accurate cash handling skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours; bartending school preferred
