Position: Bartender | Part-Time | Hallmark
About: The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. This role offers an hourly rate of $20 plus tips. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no deadline. Responsibilities include upholding company standards for guest service, interacting with co-workers, and uniform standards, as well as following bar pre-shift notes and menus for service. Must have knowledge of alcoholic beverages and state/federal regulations. Responsible for ID verification, communication with guests, and de-escalating situations. Qualifications include six months or more bartending experience, accurate cash handling, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, self-direction in a team-oriented setting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility in work hours, and preference for bartending school.
