Position: Bartender – (Part-Time) – Boulder
About: This role is for a Bartender (Barman) responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all company and health department standards and policies. The Bartender will handle transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system, maintain a fully stocked bar with no product shortages or overages.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; effective communication skills required; ability to obtain all necessary work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks; experience in cash handling; understanding of alcohol classes, glassware, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, soda, juice, and liquor guns.
