About: Omni Hotels is currently seeking a Beverage Server/Barback in Miami. As a Bartender at Omni Hotels, you will be responsible for observing and adhering to all liquor liability laws, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, restocking the bar with essential products and equipment, setting up and breaking down the bar area and service station, serving properly mixed and proportioned drinks to guests and servers, and monitoring the alcohol intake of guests. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
