Position: Bartender- Part Time
About: Hotel Zoe at Fisherman’s Wharf is seeking a seasoned, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to guests. This position requires greeting guests, taking orders, recommending menu items, preparing and serving beverages and food, upselling items, creating recipes, and maintaining cleanliness. Part-time initially with potential for full-time status in May, flexibility in hours based on occupancy levels, and key responsibilities include customer service, drink preparation, menu planning, and adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of high-end bartender experience preferred; RBS and ServSafe Food Handler Certification; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay focused; knowledge of hotel restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and cash management; flexible schedule, ability to bend, squat, lift 30lbs, and stand for up to 8 hours; willingness to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends.
