Position: Bartender – Part Time
About: Drury Hotels, located at 828 Paseo de Peralta in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a place where employees are valued for their contributions and compensated well for their accomplishments. This position involves opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies, maintaining a clean and organized food prep and bar area, and providing exceptional service to guests while upholding the Drury culture.
Requirements: Must be 21 years old or older; One experience bartending required, two or more years preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent, completion of two years of college preferred; Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements; Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English; Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment; Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines; Ability to operate machines and equipment used, including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, etc.; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to open and close bar, obtain supplies for mixing cocktails, and clean and maintain responsible areas; Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
