Position: Bartender / Part Time
About: Regal Cinemas is seeking a Bartender who will provide exceptional service in a clean environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding company policies. The Bartender must be of legal age to serve alcohol and comply with all state and local laws and training requirements. The role includes preparing alcoholic beverages, managing promotions, handling cash transactions, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of cast certification program; completion of legally required training and certifications; completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training; good public speaking and listening skills; ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly; strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure; excellent communication and goal-setting abilities; ability to lift up to 60 pounds; vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
