Position: Bartender – Part-Time – 21+
About: The company is seeking a Bartender who will be responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. The ideal candidate must have a genuine concern for ensuring guest satisfaction and representing the Company in line with its mission statement and policies. Must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol and comply with all state and local laws.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of cast certification program necessary. Regal Responsible Beverage Server training mandatory. Good public speaking and math abilities required. Must possess excellent communication skills and personal skills to interact with customers, co-workers, and management effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and good vision capabilities.
