Position: Bartender (On Call), Banquet – Canopy Sioux Falls SD
About: Join Canopy by Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown as part of our opening team at this brand-new property with over 16,395 sq. ft. of total meeting and event space, looking for positions for the Banquet Team including a Bartender (On Call) with a flexible schedule based on group events at the hotel. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests in order to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Bartender preferred; strong knowledge of beverage preparation, portion control, and serving standards; ability to check proper identification and adhere to alcohol serving regulations; proficiency in handling payments, using POS systems, and maintaining bar supplies; responsive and professional in handling guest inquiries and requests; able to ensure quality and stock perishable products appropriately.
