Position: Bartender (On-Call)
About: Delaware Park, a vibrant entertainment destination in Delaware, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service in accordance with company policies and state regulations while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.
Requirements: Two (2) years of previous bartending/beverage service experience preferred; successful completion and maintenance of background check and licensing process required by the Delaware Lottery; possession of an ABC Servers card and/or TIPS equivalent; knowledge of Point Of Sales operating systems preferred; discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information; ability to wear provided uniform comfortably; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; communication skills and ability to handle guest-related situations effectively; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse clientele and varying work conditions
