Position: Bartender – On Call
About: Palms, located in a hotel/resort setting, is seeking a Bartender responsible for maintaining the appearance of the bar and providing exceptional drink service to guests. The role involves making and serving drinks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and mentoring bar staff to deliver excellent guest service.
Requirements: Must be 21 years or older; Must obtain a TAM card; Must obtain a gaming card; Must obtain a Health Card; Must have a Bartender 165 Union Pour Card; High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment; Experience working in a resort setting; Knowledgeable of menu items, beverage preparation, and bar equipment; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
