Position: Bartender On call
About: Rivers Casino is seeking a Barback/Bartender to mix and serve beverages for customers according to established guest service standards. Team member engagement is crucial for fostering a great culture and superior guest service at the casino. The essential job functions include greeting guests, taking orders, monitoring alcohol consumption, handling payments, and maintaining the bar area’s cleanliness. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have three or more years of related experience, be available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, have knowledge of beverage order processing systems, and be able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. The role involves physical and mental demands such as standing, using hands, reaching, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and interacting positively with others in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment.
