Position: Bartender – On Call
About: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar. Core responsibilities include making and serving drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness and inventory, providing training to bar staff, handling cash transactions, and resolving guest complaints. The role requires physical demands such as prolonged standing, mobility, and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds, as well as flexibility in working schedules including weekends and holidays. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Must be 21 years or older; Two (2) years of experience in a bar or similar environment; Experience working in a resort setting; Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, and beverage preparation; Must obtain a TAM card, gaming card, Health Card, and Bartender 165 Union Pour Card; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and activities; Highly motivated, energetic, and able to take initiative
