Requirements: A minimum of 2+ years of bartending or mixology experience in a luxury, upscale, or Forbes-rated environment; deep knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, premium spirits, and mixology techniques; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and make them feel truly valued; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and detail; flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate business needs; true passion for hospitality and eagerness to deliver a memorable experience for every guest; strong multitasking ability and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure; a team player who collaborates to ensure the success of the overall guest experience.
