Position: Bartender -NO DRUG SCREEN
About: The Bartender is responsible for providing residents and guests with an excellent drinking experience in the food and beverage outlets in the community. Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for guests, preparing the bar and service area, greeting guests warmly, taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, restocking inventory, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness. The successful candidate will also monitor serving levels and interact professionally with others.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 21 years of age; minimum 1 year experience as a bartender; excellent communication skills; knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer; ability to interact professionally with others; good problem-solving, organization, and time management skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; good team player; reliable and hard worker; ability to work under pressure; customer-oriented; able to work standing for long periods; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; consent to and pass a criminal background check
