Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging in spontaneous conversations; attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask; passion for delivering tailored dining experiences; knowledge of common food allergies and alcohol laws
