Requirements: Must meet state/local age requirements for serving alcohol at the time of appointment; able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds; possess math skills necessary for calculating patron bills and taking inventory; skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages; ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff; ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons and take necessary action; skill in recognizing impending shortages of inventory.
