Requirements: High school diploma, Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage industry within nightclub, restaurant bar, lounge, or entertainment venue settings; 2 years of experience as bar back, bar apprentice, or bartender; Familiarity with wine, liquor, spirits, beer varieties, including craft beer; Experience with InfoGenesis point-of-sale system; Prior experience in a similar resort or high-volume setting; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
