About: Margaritaville Resort Biloxi is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bartender to join their team. The resort aims to provide an exceptional experience to both internal and external guests, promoting a fun and vibrant atmosphere adhering to high brand standards. The Bartender plays a crucial role in maintaining quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment; must be at least twenty-one years old; proficient in free-pouring cocktails, good communication skills, ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment, health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification, cash handling skills, ability to maintain a positive public image for the resort
