Requirements: 2+ years of bartending experience; Food Handlers / TABC Certification in required states; Excellent sales and customer service skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to be teachable, coachable, and to take constructive feedback; Gets along well with others and has positive personality; Multitasking and time management skills/sense of urgency; Dresses for success and is well-groomed; Has integrity, does the right thing when no one is looking; Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 lbs; Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Professional and friendly, even in tough situations.
