About: This position is for a bartender at a full-service bar. The role involves preparing and serving various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Requirements: Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of beverages by combining ingredients such as liquors, soda, water, sugar, bitters, and fruit garnishes; Skill in serving liqueur, beer, wine, and mixing cocktails like Alexander, Margarita, Zombie, Singapore Sling; Capability to set up the bar completely, anticipate supply shortages, and ensure timely replenishment; Proficiency in collecting payments accurately, handling cash, and managing inventory; Ability to identify intoxicated or unruly patrons and handle situations appropriately with or without assistance; Follow instructions from the manager for bar operation and maintain accountability for receipts and inventory
