About: An upscale restaurant in the heart of the city is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Barback to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while upholding cleanliness and efficiency standards in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays; Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook; Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training courses; Be committed to teamwork and maintain a pleasant attitude; Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines; Have knowledge of all food and beverage menus; Exercise proper cash handling and reconciliation; Be proficient in using equipment like POS terminals and draft beer mechanisms; Communicate hospitably with guests and teammates; Maintain honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of the job; Be able to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment; Practice proper safety guidelines at all times
