Position: Bartender job
About: This position is for a Bartender in a restaurant setting, responsible for bartending in the à la carte and banquet operations, catering to all members and guests’ needs according to established rules and etiquette. Bartenders work closely with buster/food runners, servers, and the culinary team to provide members and guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
Requirements: ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate and Alcohol Certificate required; able to work flexible hours and various shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays); responsible, dependable, organized, and punctual; strong communication skills; positive attitude; knowledge of service etiquette and protocol; familiarity with fine dining operations; working knowledge of culinary, fine spirit, wine, and beer terminology; the ability to climb stairs and lift up to 35 lbs daily is required; standing for long periods of time
