Position: Bartender job
About: At Residences at Vantage Point, located in an environment that values the needs and wants of older adults as if they were family, is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join The Pub team under the guidance of the Director of Dining Services and Dining Service Manager. The Bartender will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and serving a variety of beverages for residents, guests, and family members, adhering to established standards for exceptional service delivery.
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma; Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively; Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining experience preferred; Ability to work collaboratively with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers; Must be at least 21 years of age; Must obtain the Maryland BEST Certification
