Position: Bartender job
About: Elsa’s Mexican Restaurants invites you to join the team providing amazing service to guests who are treated like family. We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to create excellent guest drinking and dining experiences. Our skilled bartenders must be able to craft Elsa’s Legendary Margaritas as well as classic and innovative drinks, exceeding guests’ expectations. Bartenders are also required to have a full knowledge of Elsa’s extensive menu.
Requirements: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons; Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks; Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations; Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age; Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining an orderly bar; Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience; Comply with all food and beverage regulations; Responsible for processing to-go carryout orders; Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
