Position: Bartender job
About: Highgate Hotels, a premier real estate investment and hospitality management company, is seeking a Bartender for the 97-room Kimpton Palladian Hotel located in Belltown, Seattle. The hotel offers a luxurious experience with upscale amenities, a renowned seafood restaurant, a speakeasy-style lounge, and a stylish lobby, attracting tech influencers and trendsetters.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel or a related field preferred; flexible schedule with occasional long hours required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently; effective communication skills; ability to stand for extended periods; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills; willingness to attend training sessions and meetings; maintain personal grooming standards and adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations; demonstrate initiative and maintain confidentiality; cross-training in various hotel areas; familiarity with state liquor laws
