Position: Bartender job
About: Grotto Pizza is seeking a Bartender to join their team under the General Manager’s direction, responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages while upholding state and local liquor laws. The role involves taking, processing, and serving bar guests’ orders in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements: Education: Some secondary education; ABCC certification (Delaware). Experience: At least six months previous server or bartender experience required. Age: Must be at least 21 years old. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to speak English fluently. Strong organizational skills and quick decision-making skills. Ability to walk and stand up to 5 hours at a time, and lift at least 25 pounds. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk at a moderate pace.
