Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, including recipes, history, base ingredients, and jiggers; Ensure a good Guest experience – present drink menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages; take orders; promptly serve food and drink, and check in with Guests regarding their experience; up-sell whenever possible; Record drink or food orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS; Accept and process Guest payment and make the correct change as applicable; Fill in as a server as directed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant; Maintain inventory and bar supplies; assist in restocking and replenishing; Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area (counters, tables, equipment, floors, etc.) always; Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Wash and sterilize glassware as needed
