Requirements: At least 21 years of age; 1 year prior bartending experience; interactions with customers, the public, and co-workers; ability to accurately count money and provide change; schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays; basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work from a standing position for extended periods; ability to handle intoxicated guests professionally; ability to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
