Position: Bartender job
About: Bartenders at our establishment possess exceptional skills in prioritization, multitasking, and effective communication. They demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits and a keen understanding of flavor balance in cocktails. Responsible for delivering outstanding drinking and dining experiences, they craft cocktails and serve beverages while maintaining a hospitable environment for guests. A friendly and welcoming demeanor is crucial to enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
Requirements: Qualifications: Must maintain applicable ABLE License; Must be age 21 or above; Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills; Knowledgeable of wine and beverage brand selections, drink garnishes, prices, etc.; Comprehensive knowledge of wines and cocktails; Open to trying new food and drinks; Able to make food and beverage pairing recommendations; Proficient in pre-check register operation, basic math, handling money, computer operations, ordering procedures, and sanitation; Effective communication and clear thinking in high-pressure situations; Excellent attendance and punctuality. Experience: Previous bartending, serving, and/or customer service experience. Physical Demands: Be able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 5 hours); Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
