Position: Bartender job

Requirements: Qualification standards: Must have 2 years of experience in full-service bar or equivalent; must have accurate mathematic skills; must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of alcoholic beverages; must have thorough knowledge of types of liquors and wine and their distinctions and use. Must be willing and able to: meet personal schedule requirements punctually; be courteous, pleasant, and good-natured; communicate with and understand the average guest; provide a persona compatible with the established image of the restaurant; stand or walk for long periods of time while on duty; work nights, weekends, and holidays; accurately work with and account for large sums of money; open beer, liquor, and wine bottles frequently; when the bar back is not available, must be physically able to move and transport a filled glass rack; move cases of beer, wine, or liquor.
