Position: Bartender job
About: The bartender plays a key role in developing a fun, positive, and up-beat bar environment at KONA GRILL by consistently delivering an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a guest-first focus, preparing and serving drinks professionally, teamwork, time management, multitasking, menu knowledge, and possibly waiting on tables in the bar area.
Requirements: 1-2 years previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced full-service restaurant; must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol; work experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment preferred; ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner; responsible for managing a cash drawer throughout the shift; capable of carrying objects up to 50 lbs multiple times during the shift; able to stand and move for up to 8 hours; effective communication skills in English.
