Position: Bartender job
About: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, a private community located just 30 miles south of downtown Nashville, is seeking a Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The club features 375 residences, an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course, a multi-sport complex, an organic farm, world-class restaurants, private recording studios, music venues, and wellness facilities, all designed to create unforgettable experiences for members and employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; At least one (1) year of previous bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-end establishment; Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; Active TABC; Robust knowledge of wines and beverages; Extraordinary attention to detail, quality, and service; Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times; Ability to meet physical demands of the position; Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, additional languages preferred
