Position: Bartender job
About: Full job description. Responsibilities: – Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers – Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences – Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately – Maintain a clean and organized bar area – Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption – Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations – Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction – Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events. Qualifications: – Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred – Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills – Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus – Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to handle food safely – Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively – Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team – Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately – Hospitality mindset with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
