Position: Bartender job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a Bartender to prepare and responsibly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and dining room. The role involves adhering to Ruby Tuesday recipes, standards, and procedures while providing food service to bar area diners. Meeting or exceeding sales objectives set by management is essential.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Ability to provide friendly guest service; Knowledge of preparing mixed drinks and beverages; Familiarity with food handling and alcohol serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card transactions; Computer and office equipment operation; Attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills; Professional attitude with effective communication; Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure; Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to temperature changes as well as exposure to water and cleaning solutions.
